Our team of professionals can provide assistance in care planning and IP implementation, job coaching in supported employment, and in community-based residential facilities.<br \/>\nThe services we offer also include the following:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet col3\">\n<li>Behavioral assessment and support planning<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging day program attendance<\/li>\n<li>1:1 awake supervision<\/li>\n<li>Awake overnight staffing<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatric and psychological services<\/li>\n<li>Sex education<\/li>\n<li>Psychosocial education<\/li>\n<li>Community safety\/survival skills training<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling for mental health appointment including psychotherapy<\/li>\n<li>Transportation to medical appointments<\/li>\n<li>Promoting activities of choice to reduce social anxiety and promote positive social interactions<\/li>\n<li>Training in personal management skills including banking, budgeting, and shopping<\/li>\n<li>Training interpersonal skills and positive social interactions<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with positive social interactions<\/li>\n<li>Location and Establishing of PCP with baseline physical exams, coordination of medical care, and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Psychotherapy assistance with setting up AA\/NA meetings<\/li>\n<li>Baseline dental consultation and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Baseline nutritional assessment and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Baseline ophthalmological consultation and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Intake\/Nursing admission assessment with regular 45 days<\/li>\n<li>Nursing reviews by our delegating Nurse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enforcing all requirements of probation as ordered from court-committed individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Please call 410-616-9679 for your inquiries.
